Life Enrichment Program
Our Life Enrichment Program (LEP) focuses on an individual’s physical, mental, financial and spiritual health. Whether participants come to us experiencing homelessness, unemployment, substance abuse, exposure or hunger, the LEP offers each person a plan to lead a meaningful and independent life.
Father Carr’s LEP is intended to provide support and assistance in reaching each resident’s goals. We identify barriers to their success and use their unique strengths to make progress towards their goals. We connect residents to community agencies to support every facet of their care. Routine check-ins provide ongoing support and accountability.
Program Requirements:
• Have or are willing to get a full-time job
• Willing to make a Life Enrichment Plan and follow it
• Attend routine check-in meetings
• Obtain a bank account and share information to verify money is being saved. Automatic payroll deposit is also required.
• Remain completely drug and alcohol free. Support meetings are held on-site for convenience.
