Father Carr’s Place 2B is proud to welcome Olivia Walton as the organization’s Life Enrichment Program Director. Walton will be responsible for assisting the residents of Father Carr’s and coordinating a comprehensive life enrichment program that fosters personal development, life skills, and independence.

Walton currently serves as a social worker intern at Father Carr’s, and will be graduating with bachelor’s degrees in social work and psychology from Marian University in May 2021. Walton will also be continuing her education at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in the Healthcare Master Social Work program.

“Father Carr’s is very excited to have Olivia join our team to coordinate our Life Enrichment Program,” stated Nic Burr, President of Father Carr’s Board of Directors. “This program formulates a plan for each of our residents to utilize community resources and follow a path to independence, long-term employment, and permanent housing. Olivia is a special talent to help us achieve this vision”

Father Carr’s strives to offer the proper support that leads to self-sufficiency. The Life Enrichment Program Director position is new to Father Carr’s and will allow the organization to better serve its residents. Walton’s talents will be utilized to expand services and support, and help coordinate the volunteer efforts of community mentors.

I am here to help and to help enrich the lives of the ones that we serve.”
